Dave has coached hundreds of runners over the past 20 years—and been one himself for more than three decades. From long solo training runs to the pressure of race day, he knows what it takes to perform—and more importantly, how to stay healthy and consistent.
A two-time Baltimore Marathon winner, former collegiate head coach, and race-day commentator for WBAL-TV and Corrigan Sports events, Dave brings both experience and perspective. His mission now? To help everyday runners train with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
